How can I turn off the ads?

You can remove ads via in-app purchase. However, some ads will be available for users who wish to collect coins or energy by watching videos.

I want to watch ads to receive more coins, but they are not working. What can I do?

Unfortunately, distribution of ads is not related to our team, but to the independent third-party ad providers. You can try turning the game off completely and back on, restarting your device, or clearing the game's cache. The ads should become available again very soon.

Why didn't I get any coins even though I watched the ad?

In order to win coins, you need to watch the full ad. Leaving the ad early means that they won't be collected.
